Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding US holidays).

Methods & estimates

Parcel items ship via major carriers, typically arriving in 3–7 business days. Large kennels and heavy cages ship by freight and may take 7–14 business days; the carrier may contact you to schedule delivery.

Charges

Standard parcel shipping is free on orders of $99 or more, otherwise $9.95. Freight orders (over 70 lb) are $79. All charges are shown before payment.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking email when your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages

Inspect deliveries on arrival. Report damage or missing items within 7 days with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Restrictions

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. Freight items cannot ship to PO boxes.
