Return window

You may return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Email us with your order number to receive return instructions before sending anything back.

Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Used crate mats and covers, for hygiene reasons
Assembled freight kennels may be subject to a restocking fee disclosed before return approval
